Refund policy

Thank you for supporting handmade pieces.  
As each item is crafted by hand, slight variations may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness of handmade work and are not considered defects.  

Eligible for Returns & Exchanges  

  • Items with clear manufacturing defects  
  • Items that do not match the order description  

Return & Exchange Guidelines  

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order  
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition  
  • Please provide your order number along with photos of the issue  
  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Non-returnable Items  

  • Items returned due to personal preference or incorrect size selection
  • Used or washed items  
  • Custom-made or personalized items  
  • Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges  
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item.  
Once your return is approved, please place a new order for the desired item.  

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.  
Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.  

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.  
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
